SLPHA Holds 2024 Review and 2025 Strategic Retreat
The Director General of the Sierra Leone Ports and Harbours Authority (SLPHA), Mr. Yankuba Askia Bio, along with a team of Directors, convened a two-day retreat at Fabulous Hotel on Friday and Saturday, December 13th and 14th, 2024.
The retreat focused on reviewing the Authority’s successes and challenges over the past year while charting a strategic course for 2025. Discussions centered on key achievements, operational hurdles, and opportunities for improvement to enhance the Authority’s efficiency and service delivery.
Mr. Yankuba Askia Bio emphasized the importance of collaboration, innovation, and accountability in achieving the Authority’s long-term goals. The retreat concluded with clear action points aimed at positioning SLPHA for a more productive and impactful 2025.
